The Grand Royal Panghegar Hotel sells hotel accommodation online. Reservations are confirmed online and sent electronically to our hotel within seconds of approval of credit cards.
Q : Will my personal information be kept confidential ?-
Yes; we do not divulge any information to anyone except the minimum necessary for the Bank to process your booking. For more information, see our terms and conditions.
Q : Is it safe to use my credit card online ?-
Yes; to eliminate the possibility of unlawful interception on the Internet your credit card details are processed using 256-bit encryption methods.
Q : Is my reservation guaranteed ?-
Yes; reservations made to the room inventory are updated online. Reservation is confirmed with the hotel system when your credit card transaction is approved.
Q : Does the hotel receive my booking immediately ?-
Yes, The Grand Royal Panghegar Hotel receives your booking details electronically to our system as soon as the credit card transaction is approved by our bank.
Q : What if I need to cancel my booking ?-
We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may want to cancel your reservation.
Our accommodation cancellation policy is stated on our reservation page. Each booking must have a 100 % non-refundable deposit, any cancellation will be charged from the deposit received by the hotel.
If the unexpected happens and you need to cancel your reservation, here's what to do:
Check the cancellation policy accommodation published on the website to see if it will allow you to cancel your reservation without penalty. You will also find it printed on your booking confirmation email.
Call our Reservation Department (+622-4232286) to cancel the reservation and have your Booking Confirmation Number ready.
We will send you an email to confirm the cancellation.

Q : What if I want to change my booking date ?-
The same policy for cancellation is used to determine restrictions and penalties regarding changes to your booking date. So once again, it is important to check the policy before you book, especially if you think there is a chance you may need to change your reservation. You will find policies marked with a red asterisk under bed options for every room. Remember that where you have booked can change their rates at any time on our website, so that new dates you want to stay now may be more (or less) expensive than your date originally booked.
